• Where do I park?
There is free covered parking under the Lincoln Square building located at 700 Bellevue Way. The Parlor is located on the third floor of Lincoln Square.
• How do I purchase tickets?
By visiting parlorlive.com or stopping by our Box Office.
• Can I purchase tickets over the phone?
No, we do not secure tickets over the phone.
• Can someone else pick-up my tickets?
No. However, in the process of purchasing tickets, you will be given the option to “Buy For Someone Else” under the payment options section. You are also given the option of sending the confirmation email directly to yourself or another individual.
• Can I transfer or give my tickets to someone else to be picked up at the box office will call?
No, the person receiving tickets at our box office will call must have ID and be the individual who purchased. To transfer tickets, you must select the print at home option. If you have purchased your tickets through the Walletini App, you will have the option to transfer your tickets to another individual after purchasing. Note: This does not apply for certain phones & devices.
• How do I set-up a reservation?
We only accept group reservations of 8 or more guests purchased together under one transaction. Note: When a purchase of 8 or more tickets has been made, an automatic reservation will be made for your group in the section purchased. Use promo code “GROUP10” for a $10 discount on each ticket when purchasing for 8 or more guests (certain shows do not apply). After purchasing your tickets, please contact the Box Office for a confirmation of reserved seating within your section, or any other questions you might have. Remember that all tickets must be purchased in the same section of seating.
• What time does seating begin?
Generally, seating will begin one hour prior to the scheduled show time.
• How does the seating work?
We have four sections of seating within our show space listed below. Seating within your purchased section is first come first served.
VIP Booths - Vegas style lounge seating in the back of the room.
VIP Seating – Dinner table seating in the middle of the room and closest to the stage.
General Center Seating – Dinner table seating adjacent to VIP Seating.
Side Seating – High-top bar stool seating adjacent to General Center seating.
• How do I redeem special offers or comedy ticket vouchers?
Each offer or voucher is different. Whether complimentary or purchased through a third party, the first thing to do is read the fine print. This will give you a good idea of your next steps, and whether you need to visit the Parlor in-person to receive your tickets. By presenting the voucher in-person at our Box Office in advance of your show date, you help insure redemption (if available) and the best seats possible for your selected show. Or simply call during Box Office hours for instructions of how to redeem your particular offer and any restrictions that may apply.
• What is a two item minimum?
There is a two item minimum purchase per person at any ticketed event in the Parlor Live showroom. This is not a two drink minimum. Two items can be anything off of our full menu served in the Parlor Live show space including appetizers, drinks, entrees and desserts.
• How do I RSVP for your guest lists?
To be added to our guest list offers and discounted tickets e-newsletter, you must first purchase a ticket at parlorlive.com to an up-coming show and opt-in to our newsletter email service when checking out. You will then receive weekly emails for special offers throughout the Parlor and sign-up forms for complimentary ticket offers. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48-hours of your RSVP to any complimentary ticket offer, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org for an update. Please do not contact the Box Office directly in regards to guest list confirmations.
